Our FAQ's & Other B.S.

Magazine Restrictions
Due to some commie city, county, and state regulations we are unable to offer “standard” capacity magazines and other restricted types of items to those area’s.  We are working to offer products that comply with those local regulations and will offer them in time, but in the meantime our system blocks shipping of any products to restricted areas.  If an order did manage to squeak by to a restricted area the order will be canceled and refunded.
*  If you live in one of those cities / states please do not order restricted products only to be let down when your order is canceled.

Local Laws
As we are an Arizona based LLC we are familiar with laws and regulations related to “firearms” within the state of Arizona therefore.  We aren’t experts in the laws or regulations in your city, county or state and the ATF doesn’t publish a comprehensive guideline of each city or state’s regulation.  Complying with your local laws and regulations ultimately is up to you and not us.

Shipping
We use various method’s for shipping.  With purchases weighing 15 ounces or less most times USPS First class mail with tracking is what we use.  For packages 1 pound and up we use USPS Flat Rate mailers or boxes depending on the size of the order.  If your order is larger than what will fit into a USPS flat rate box we use either FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground to get it to you.

You will get tracking updates inside your account on our website and from stamps.com (our shipping system), or fedex.com within 1 business day of shipping, you will also get another email from stamps.com or fedex with your tracking.  If you have not seen it after 3 business days of your order please check your spam filter as we do not have any control over your spam settings nor spam filters.  All of our customers so far who indicate they didn’t get tracking were able to find it in their spam folder.

Order Processing Times & Inventory
Our standard processing time internally is 2-3 business days, orders placed after 11am PST fall onto the “next business day” to begin the time clock on shipping.  we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible but often fall into the 2-3 day range due to the volume of orders we receive.
We are always getting shipments of products into our shop.  At times we may be out of a product but have more on the way.  Our distributor’s are generally 2-3 days to ship to us.

Export
Our products are not available for export under any circumstances.

Payments
Our website accepts most major credit cards and we do not store them our on website.  Your information is transmitted securely to the processor.

Chargebacks / Disputed charges
We realize at times you don’t feel you received the product you ordered.  Before doing a chargeback or dispute with your card please reach out to us so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
In the event of a chargeback we will provide the credit card company all information in regards to your transaction including tracking, delivery as well as IP address in which the order was placed from, email address and so on in regards to your account.  If we show item delivered we will also file a report with the carrier and forward that report to local law enforcement within the city or county where you reside.
If item is found to be delivered and in your possession  unless returned to us we will file a report for theft and press charges.
In the event above you agree that you will hereby defend Lazer Werkz in said case and reimburse for any and all expenses incurred on our part to resolve the matter.

Refund Policy
Our policy could be long and drawn out by our lawyers, but it’s quite simple.
* Items purchased are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery.
* Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the item isn’t defective and returned due to a change of mind, etc.
* Returns of items that have been used, installed, modified etc are not accepeted.  If we deem your item to have been used it will be returned to you at your expense.
* Refunds are for the product and do not include shipping costs in the refund or shipping costs incurred sending it to us.
* Refunds are processed internally within 2-3 business days.  Once the refund is issued it’s up to your bank’s policies how long it takes to get back into your account, sometimes it’s 5 or so days.  Refunds are issued to the payment method in which you paid.
* Refund requests must have a RMA number attached on the outside, this way we know it’s a return and to process it ASAP.
* Please use a method of shipping that show’s tracking, this way you can see when it get’s delivered.

Exchange Policy
We do our best to accurately describe our products online and give an accurate representation in regards to the product.  If you decide to exchange the item we’re happy to do that for you.
* Item must be new in the packaging, or have packaging that isn’t destroyed.
* Exchange can be for similar type items, if you choose to get a higher priced item you will incur a cost of the difference.
* Shipping to and from us isn’t covered with the exchange and return shipping will be our normal $6.95 rate.
* If you have an order with us we can hold the order or you can place an order and we will include it with the new shipment.

Custom Orders
We realize that you might want something customized including your name, or some other personal details on our products.  While this isn’t a normal practice for us it’s something we sometimes can accommodate.  In the event you get a product that is customized all sales are viewed as “final” with no refunds or exchanges allowed on the product.

Clearance / Closeout
Sometimes we have excess inventory or items that we are going to discontinue.  These items are offered at a discounted rate and considered final.  No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on these items.

Warranty
Our warranty is against our workmanship and defects in engraving not on the product (unless branded as a Lazer Werkz item).  We have no stated warranty period as we believe in doing what we can within reason to make it right.  If you encounter issues with the product it will need to be addressed by the manufacturer directly.

If you purchase a product that we offer that is a brand name product where we do not manufacture the item the warranty will be handled by the company in which made the item.

Product Sourcing
As Americans who support American workers we strive to buy American when possible, however it’s not always possible to be competitive in the market.  All of our branded products such as Magpul, Duramag etc are purchased direct or from distributors in the industry.  In the event we purchase products that are known to us coming from another country we will disclose that to you, but we also rely on honesty of our sellers too.

NO Karen Policy
We don’t tolerate or want to deal with “Karen’s”.  If you are a “Karen” who wants to always speak to the manager and cry about all sorts of crap please pass us by and go to another business who offers similar products, we don’t have time or desire to deal your bullshit.  If you order from us and turn into a Karen, your account will be flagged and banned from our business.  If you continue to bitch and cry be prepared to be flamed on social media, you’ve been warned!  Seriously we WILL have a “hold my beer” moment.
